I am also passionate about traveling and learning about other cultures.

When I am not doing any of the mentioned above, I am usually spending time with my family and friends or having spontaneous dance parties in my car.

About Your Practice

Why did you become a therapist?

I became a therapist because I believe in the resilience and determination of the human spirit. I believe that every person has unique strengths and the skills to make changes necessary to thrive in life.

What do you think is important for a client to look for in a therapist?

I feel that a client should look for a therapist that can be present and attentive to the uniqueness of each therapeutic relationship. It is important that the therapist is compassionate, while simultaneously being candid about overcoming obstacles that the client may encounter.

How does your faith play itself out in your work as a therapist?

My work is influenced by my belief that I can find hope through my relationship with Christ, even in the midst of suffering. I find joy and freedom knowing that Christ’s forgiveness and faithfulness is continuous and everlasting.
