I was born and raised in Memphis. I have an awesome husband and a gorgeous baby girl named Eliza. I refuse to take myself too seriously, I laugh loud, I love exercising, dancing, eating cereal when it’s not breakfast time, and serving people.
I’m a champion of the downtrodden.
Somewhere in between.
I am proud to be a mother.
That clients will share their whole hearts with me because they feel safe to be vulnerable.
Feeling safe and accepted as is, ability to fully listen and sit in silence, humor, open-mindedness.
The only reason I am answering these questions right now is because God saved me from a life of addiction and toxic shame. Now, thanks to God’s saving grace, I am doing what He created me to do. This never leaves the forefront of my heart and mind! My faith plays itself out in every single aspect of my work.
Being a therapist and a mom. I see myself in private practice, being fully trained in trauma therapy and being health coach certified.
Jason Isbell is the only person I listen to.
I love documentaries.
Parenthood, but now it’s canceled. I’m very sad.
Serena Williams is a beast.
Tom Hanks. He is classy.
I love/need a good adventure. Sometimes we will just get in the car and see where we end up! It’s usually at the river, throwing the football and playing with Eliza. I also love working out.

AM. Give me all the coffee.
I asked my friend recently, and she said spunky and adventurous.
I would like to wiggle my nose and make things happen, like that lady on Bewitched.
The little girl from Little Miss Sunshine. She didn’t fit in, but she lived boldly and never lied to herself about who she was.
Climb a mountain for sure!
The day Eliza was born, 9/17/14. Life changer!
